It has become an opportunity to meet students, PhD students and academics from many countries, primarily from Central and Eastern Europe. Over the course of several years, it has already brought together hundreds of students and doctoral students from the Institute of Political Science and other units of the University of Wroc\u0142aw, as well as from other Polish and foreign universities (for example, students staying at our university as part of international exchange programmes). For many of them, it was an opportunity to make their first ever conference speech.
