recruitment for the Erasmus+ program!

If you want to participate in the Erasmus for the summer semester, in the academic year 2024/25, don’t delay!  Here’s what you need to do step by step:
– check where you can go. Please find the list of universities and free spots attached.
– Check the website of the host university to see if it still has open recruitment.
– submit the file by e-mail to the institute coordinator: Dr Karol Szulc, karol.chwedczuk-szulc@uwr.edu.pl
– the folder should contain:

1. CV.
2. A certificate from the dean’s office about the average for the previous semester being at least 4.2.
3. Declaration regarding previous trips (mobility capital). The template can be found in the regulations on the website of the Institute of Political Science.
4. Photocopy of a language certificate, at least B2 level. There may be a certificate from the Practical Study of Foreign Languages (SPNJO)
6. In the case of mobility for Erasmus+ studies – written consent of the diploma thesis supervisor in the case of mobility in the last year of studies of a given degree)
7. In the case of mobility of doctoral students, the consent of the supervisor /  the Head of the Doctoral School is required. It is recommended to inform the Doctoral School about your planned mobility.
8. In the case of an internship or short-term trips – confirmation of acceptance for a given mobility, the so-called Acceptance letter issued by the receiving institution.
